CEO/PRESIDENT
Rumor has it our CEO was born with racing in his DNA. At an early age, Fred and his older brother, Dave, built and raced a Lotus 11 at Blackhawk Farms Raceway in Beloit, IL. That passion led him into the car business. He began his career selling exotic cars, became the General Manager and eventually owning GM franchises before joining Morgan Design Group. His background in physics and engineering along with an uncanny intuition for problem solving has led him to build a team that share his vision for innovation, passion and excellence.
SALES MANAGER
The voice of our clients. Erich believes that good design and good relationships come from collaboration. He is responsible for business development and creating strategies to best serve our clients. Erich is passionate about his family, music, and hockey.
SENIOR DESIGNER
Ben fearlessly leads our design team and is responsible for many of Morgan’s underlying processes. His design focus is to WOW our clients. He is passionate about racing cars, motorcycle riding and emerging technology.
ACCOUNTING & OFFICE ADMINISTRATION
Margarita keeps our office operations in check with her meticulous attention to detail and is great with information gathering and management. When not in the office, you can find her with her husband watching her kids play baseball. She loves her family, her dog Thomas, gardening and shopping with her daughter.
PARTS MANAGER
In addition to running production equipment, Erik talks to clients around the world who need a replacement part. He is on a mission to grow Morgan Design Group into a global super power of branding. His passions are riding his Harley Davidson Sportster and hanging with his dog, Kenji.
